All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Game content — including visuals, audio, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game suppliers and is subject to their own licensing terms. juan356 does not assign or transfer any rights to game content to players.

In the event of a dispute between you and juan356, you should first contact juan356 Customer Support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. juan356 commits to responding to formal disputes within five (5) business days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution channels in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
